Key Responsibilities
Visit clients and vendors
to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct on-site inspections
and surveys as required by the business.
Collect and verify data
from the field and report findings accurately and in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships
with clients and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries and complaints
effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Complete daily reports
on field activities and progress.
Promote and sell products or services
to new and existing customers (if applicable).
