Role Overview:
The Field Executive will be responsible for daily market outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition through on-ground activities to increase new customer registrations and brand visibility.
Hiring - Field Executive (Lead Generation)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily door-to-door (D2D) market visits to generate new leads.
Distribute leaflets and promotional materials in the target market.
Arrange and support in organizing health camps in different locations.
Perform demo table activities in public areas to engage potential customers.
Carry out demo counter / stall activities to showcase services and offers.
Drive new customer registrations through the mobile app or offline process.
Achieve new customer acquisition and onboarding targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Provide daily reports on market visits, leads generated, and customer conversions.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication Odisha and customer engagement skills.
Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned areas daily.
Target-driven mindset and willingness to perform D2D sales activities.
Experience in lead generation, field marketing, or customer acquisition is a plus.
Basic smartphone and app handling knowledge.
