is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all field marketing activities, demo days, and rider events to generate qualified enquiries for the dealership. This role requires strong riding experience, event management skills, and deep passion for Royal Enfield motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities
1?. Field Enquiry Generation & Activities
Prepare the monthly activity plan along with the Sales Manager and ASM.
Define activity goals and target enquiry pipeline for each event.
Communicate planned demo days and field activities to Sales Executives for customer registration.
Enter monthly activity plans into the system and obtain approvals.
2?. Event Planning & Execution
Manage event logistics including location booking, permissions, and scheduling.
Coordinate customer invites as per guidelines from the Regional Marketing Manager.
Execute events with the support of Activity Executives and Sales Executives.
Plan and conduct rides, engaging prospects through meaningful motorcycling experiences.
3?. Lead Management & Conversions
Capture enquiries generated at activities and record attendance accurately.
Enter all enquiries into the system on the same day.
Follow up with leads for test rides and bookings.
Provide test rides based on customer needs (in-store or field).
Support customers through the booking process for activity-generated enquiries.
