Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable Field Executives to assist with

on-site KYC verification

and

new account acquisition

for Kotak Mahindra Bank. This is a

commission-based role

ideal for individuals who enjoy working in the field, interacting with customers, and earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers at their home or workplace to complete

KYC verification

. Collect and verify customer documents as per Kotak Mahindra Bank guidelines. Assist customers in

opening new Kotak Mahindra Bank accounts

. Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of completed files. Create awareness about Kotak Mahindra Bank products and services when required. Maintain professionalism and follow all compliance and security procedures.

Requirements

Minimum education:

10th pass/12th pass

or above.

Smartphone

with internet connectivity. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to travel within assigned areas for field visits. Must be disciplined, honest, and target-oriented.
