The Field Executive will be responsible for scanning and identifying new properties in assigned locations, collecting accurate details, and sharing structured reports with the internal team. This role requires extensive field work, attention to detail, and timely communication to support property listing, sales, and market analysis activities.
Visit assigned areas daily to identify new properties available for sale or rent.
Collect property details such as size, type, price range, owner contact, and location specifics.
Capture clear photos and videos of the property and surroundings.
Verify property authenticity and owner information wherever possible.
2. Data Collection & Reporting
Prepare detailed property reports and share them with the sales/operations team.
Update all collected data in the company's internal system or CRM.
Ensure information is accurate, complete, and submitted within timelines.
3. Coordination
Coordinate with the internal sales team to understand daily property requirements.
Follow instructions from the manager for specific target locations or property types.
Maintain regular communication with the office regarding field updates.
4. Relationship Building
Build rapport with property owners, brokers, and local contacts.
Maintain a network to get early information about available properties.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of local areas and routes.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the city.
Smartphone knowledge for taking photos, videos, and mapping locations.
Basic reporting skills (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM updates).
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).
