Responsibilities
Engage with clients in the field to promote and sell our products and services.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to identify upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry in our systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Skills
Proven experience in upselling techniques and a strong understanding of customer needs analysis.
