The Retail Sales Executive will assist walk-in customers, explain product features, build relationships, and ensure excellent in-store service to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to walk-in customers courteously.
Present and explain jewellery designs, purity, and pricing.
Maintain updated knowledge of collections, promotions, and offers.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
Handle billing, packaging, and customer documentation accurately.
Ensure cleanliness, display arrangement, and security of jewellery counters.
Follow up with potential customers and ensure repeat sales.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1 years in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and good sense of style/presentation.
Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS).
