Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.

Sales & Upselling:

Promote and sell products, upsell complementary items, and meet sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and close sales Basic math skills for handling transactions Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems (preferred) Customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive approach

Experience & Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for high-end retail) 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (training provided for entry-level roles)

Work Environment:

Retail stores, shopping malls, or corporate sales offices May require standing for long periods and flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
