Promote the company's mobile app in assigned areas and markets.
Explain app features, benefits, and available services to potential users.
Assist customers with downloading, installing, and registering on the app.
Encourage customers to book their first service through the app.
Resolve basic user queries and improve customer understanding of the app.
Retail & Vendor Onboarding
Visit local markets, retail shops, vendors, and service providers for onboarding.
Explain partnership benefits, commission model, and company service standards.
Collect required documents and complete KYC for vendor onboarding.
Train onboarded vendors on how to use the app (order acceptance, updates, availability, etc.).
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure active participation on the platform.
Company Service Promotion
Communicate company services clearly to customers and vendors.
Highlight key advantages such as convenience, trust, transparent pricing, and quick service.
Conduct small promotional activities, distribute flyers, and run awareness campaigns.
Convince users about the benefits of booking services through the app instead of offline methods.
Field Operations & Daily Reporting
Conduct daily field visits as per assigned routes and targets.
Maintain records of customer sign-ups, vendor onboardings, and conversions.
Report daily activities to the team leader/manager.
Identify potential areas for new app installations and business expansion.
