Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Visit clients to collect outstanding payments as per the collection schedule. Explain payment terms, dues, and resolve clients queries related to payments. Ensure timely follow-ups and recovery of dues within the assigned area. Deposit collected amounts and update records as per company procedures. Maintain accurate records of interactions, payment commitments, and collections. Coordinate with the collections team and report daily progress. Identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases to the supervisor. Ensure a respectful and professional approach with all clients at all times.

Skill Requirements

Graduate 1-3 years of experience in field collections or recovery preferred Strong and confident personality with the ability to handle difficult or non-cooperative debtors Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within assigned territory (North India) Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting Familiarity with local geography and customer base

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
