We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to work as

Field Sales Executives

for door-to-door customer visits to complete

KYC verification

and assist in

opening Kotak 811 digital bank accounts

. The leads will be provided by the bank, and the job involves on-field customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer addresses (as per leads shared by the bank) to collect KYC documents. Assist customers in opening

Kotak 811 zero-balance savings accounts

via the mobile app or digital platform. Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with RBI/KYC guidelines. Explain the benefits of the Kotak 811 account and resolve basic customer queries. Update visit status and feedback in the system daily. Coordinate with the backend team for smooth processing of customer accounts.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass. Graduates preferred.

Experience:

Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in field sales, banking, or customer service.

Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi/local language) Basic understanding of smartphones and mobile apps Customer-focused and target-driven attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
