We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Field KYC Executive

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting

Know Your Customer (KYC)

verifications at customer locations, based on leads provided by the bank. This is a field-based role requiring travel within the assigned area to verify customer documents and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers as per the lead list provided by the bank. Collect and verify KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, photographs, etc.). Ensure all collected documents meet the bank's compliance and regulatory standards. Upload and submit KYC documents via mobile app or portal (as required). Provide clear updates to the central team regarding the status of each lead. Maintain daily reporting of field visits and lead closures. Ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction during all visits.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Previous experience in field verification / KYC / documentation work is an advantage. Good understanding of KYC norms and RBI guidelines (training will be provided if needed). Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of using apps and email. Valid ID proof and address proof. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred). Good communication skills in [local language] and basic English.
