Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell Provilac's milk and dairy products.
Generate leads and convert them into active customers.
Distribute samples and explain the product benefits, pricing, and subscription models.
Follow up with interested prospects and assist in onboarding.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned areas.
Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates through CRM or manual reporting.
Coordinate with the delivery and support teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the dairy, FMCG, or food & beverage industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Must be comfortable with outdoor sales and extensive fieldwork.
Basic smartphone handling skills for lead reporting and follow-up.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
