Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers in the assigned area for
KYC verification
and
Kotak 811 account opening
.
Collect and verify documents such as
Aadhaar card, PAN card
, and other details.
Assist customers with form filling, app installation, and account setup.
Maintain daily visit reports and submit them to the team leader.
Ensure 100% compliance with Kotak Mahindra Bank's KYC and documentation standards.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for account openings.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass (HSC or equivalent)
Documents Required:
Aadhaar card, PAN card, and valid bank documents
Experience:
Freshers can apply; experience in sales, banking, or KYC will be preferred
Vehicle:
Must have a
two-wheeler
and
valid driving license
Skills:
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
Willingness to travel within the city/assigned area
