Role Overview



We are seeking a

field-oriented, self-driven professional

to manage and grow the

Sarstedt product portfolio

across key pharmaceutical and diagnostic accounts in India. The candidate will be responsible for

on-ground business development

,

client interaction

, and

technical promotion

of Sarstedt's range of sample collection, storage, and laboratory solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a

technical mindset and strong communication skills

, who enjoys customer-facing responsibilities and building long-term partnerships in the pharma and healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop

new business opportunities

for Sarstedt products in pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic companies. Conduct

regular field visits

to meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote appropriate product solutions. Demonstrate

technical understanding

of Sarstedt's range (blood collection systems, lab consumables, diagnostic accessories, etc.) and communicate product value effectively. Collaborate closely with internal teams for product demonstrations, trials, and feedback. Gather

market intelligence

, competitor insights, and customer trends to support strategic business planning. Ensure

timely follow-ups

on quotations, samples, and purchase orders.

Desired Profile



Bachelor's degree in

Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.

Experience in

field sales or business development

within pharma, diagnostics, or life science consumables. Strong product knowledge and comfort in discussing

technical applications

with end users. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work independently in the field.
