Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Lead Generation Executive / Business Development / Field Executive (B2B)

with strong exposure to the

logistics or healthcare logistics industry

. The role focuses on

generating high-quality B2B leads

, understanding client requirements for

urgent and critical shipments

, and building long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through

field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and client meetings

Identify and approach potential

B2B clients

across assigned territories Develop and maintain a strong

sales pipeline

of prospective customers Understand client logistics requirements and coordinate with

internal operations and pricing teams

Fix meetings for the

Sales / Business Development team

Conduct initial outreach via

calls, emails, and in-person meetings

Follow up on leads and convert them into

business opportunities

Collect shipment details and share them with the

OSR / CRM team

Monitor

market trends and competitor activities

in the logistics sector Participate in

industry events, trade shows, and networking activities

Track early-stage sales pipeline and identify

conversion gaps or blockages

Maintain a

formal dress code

during client visits and meetings
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum

4+ years of experience

in Lead Generation / Business Development

Prior experience in courier or logistics industry is compulsory

Strong knowledge of

logistics services

(Air, Surface, Express, Cargo, FTL, Dedicated Vehicles, etc.) Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Confident personality with strong

client interaction abilities

Willingness to travel locally for

field work and client meetings

Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler is mandatory

Target-oriented and

result-driven mindset

Good understanding of the

local market and B2B sales environment


Preferred Skills

Proven ability to

generate leads independently

Basic knowledge of

CRM or lead tracking tools

Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-focused
