Job Summary

The Field Executive is responsible for carrying out on-ground operations, customer interactions, data collection, sales/support activities, and coordination between the company and clients in the assigned area. The role requires regular field visits, reporting, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned locations/clients/customers as per daily schedule Promote company products/services and explain features & benefits Generate leads and/or close sales (if sales-focused role) Collect customer information, documents, or payments as required Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams Conduct surveys, inspections, audits, or verifications (if applicable) Maintain accurate daily activity reports and submit to supervisor Ensure compliance with company policies and field SOPs Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (as applicable) 0-3 years of experience in field work (freshers may apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and data entry Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred/mandatory, if applicable)
Preferred Skills

Experience in field sales, customer service, or operations Local area knowledge Language proficiency relevant to the region
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of field visits completed Target achievement (sales/collections/surveys, etc.) Accuracy and timeliness of reporting Customer satisfaction and feedback
