Job Description

We are hiring a Field Executive who can help us with day-to-day field operations. Your main work will include finding new loan customers, checking their documents, collecting EMIs, and visiting customers for verification. You should be comfortable talking to people, traveling locally, and using a smartphone.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers in the field for loan sourcing, document collection, and verification. Help with KYC, loan application forms, and EMI/overdue payment collections. Check customer details by visiting their home, workplace, or any location assigned by your supervisor. Submit a simple daily report of your visits and collections to your supervisor. Follow all company rules, NBFC guidelines, and proper processes. Visit courts with company advocates when required. Handle recovery cases on the field in a professional and polite manner. Listen to customer issues and coordinate with the office team for solutions. Maintain good relationships with customers to build trust and repeat business. Inform management immediately if you see any suspicious or fraud activity. Support the sales team in finding new leads and helping new customers onboard, if required.
Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience in NBFC, Banks, Microfinance, or field job is an advantage. Basic understanding of loans and EMI collection is helpful. Must be ready for daily local travel (bike/scooter with valid license preferred). Good communication in Hindi or local language; basic English is a plus.
