Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated

Field Executive

to conduct customer KYC verification and assist in opening new bank accounts for

Kotak Mahindra Bank

. This role involves visiting customers in the field, verifying documents, collecting required information, and ensuring accurate submission as per bank guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers at their location to complete

KYC verification

. Collect and verify all necessary documents as per

Kotak Mahindra Bank KYC norms

. Assist customers in filling out forms and completing the

new account opening process

. Submit documents and details to the concerned team accurately and on time. Maintain daily reports of completed KYCs and account openings. Educate customers about Kotak Mahindra Bank products and services. Ensure compliance with bank rules, RBI guidelines, and data privacy standards.

Eligibility & Skills Required

Minimum qualification:

10th pass / 12th pass

or above. Good communication and convincing skills. Must have a

smartphone

and basic knowledge of mobile apps. Ability to travel within the assigned area. Prior experience in field sales, KYC, or banking will be an added advantage.

Earnings Structure

?200 per completed KYC

?400 per new account opened

(Earnings are performance-based; higher performance = higher income)
