Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and responsible

Field Executives

to join our Kotak Mahindra Bank team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers in the field, completing

KYC verification

, and assisting them in

opening new Kotak Mahindra Bank accounts

.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers for

KYC verification

and

account opening

. Collect and verify customer documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) as per Kotak Mahindra Bank's policy. Ensure accurate completion of account opening forms and KYC procedures. Maintain daily records of visits, applications, and completed KYC verifications. Explain product features and benefits to customers. Work closely with branch managers and sales coordinators to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

Documents Required:

Aadhaar Card PAN Card Valid Driving License

Experience:

Fresher or experience in field sales / banking / KYC verification preferred.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of banking and customer onboarding process. Ability to work independently and meet field targets. Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
