Job Description

We are hiring Field Executives for Kotak Mahindra Bank to assist in completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and opening new bank accounts. The role involves visiting customers at their location, collecting documents, completing verification, and ensuring smooth onboarding. A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for KYC verification and documentation collection. Assist new customers in filling up forms for account opening. Ensure accuracy in documents and maintain compliance with Kotak Mahindra Bank's policies. Upload customer documents and KYC details using a mobile app or system. Maintain daily reports of visits and conversions. Educate customers about Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services. Ensure timely submission of applications and documents.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license. Basic understanding of banking and KYC norms (training will be provided). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Smartphone knowledge for uploading documents and data entry. Willingness to work in the field and meet daily targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
