. This is a field role that involves visiting customers at their location, verifying documents, and helping them complete the digital account opening process.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations for
KYC (Know Your Customer)
verification.
Assist customers in
opening Kotak 811 bank accounts
.
Ensure proper documentation is collected and verified (Aadhaar, PAN).
Guide customers through the digital onboarding process if required.
Submit daily reports and updates to the team leader/supervisor.
Maintain professionalism and represent Kotak Mahindra Bank in a positive manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Minimum 10th/12th Pass. Graduates preferred.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Documents Required:
Aadhaar Card
(with mobile number linked)
PAN Card
Other Requirements:
Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) is mandatory
Valid Driving License
Android smartphone with internet access
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in local language and basic English/Hindi.
Basic understanding of banking and KYC norms.
Ability to use mobile apps for customer onboarding.
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
