Job Responsibilities:
Conduct property/site visits with prospective customers and explain project details.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local market stakeholders.
Assist the sales team in generating leads and achieving sales targets.
Gather market intelligence, competitor pricing, and updates on new project launches.
Handle customer queries during site visits and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales support.
Provide regular reports on field activities and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Sales background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in real estate field sales/operations.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
Own vehicle with a valid driving license preferred.
