Tytil Realty, a dynamic and growing real estate firm, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Field Data Collector

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting various locations to collect accurate and up-to-date property information, as well as building strong connections with real estate agents and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential and commercial areas to collect detailed property data (location, type, photos, pricing, availability, etc.). Meet and coordinate with local builders, developers, and real estate agents. Schedule meetings and site visits with property owners, agents, and builders on behalf of the company. Maintain and update a database of collected property listings and contacts. Report findings and updates to the internal sales/marketing team regularly. Maintain professionalism and represent Tytil Realty's values in the field.

Requirements:

12th Pass or Graduate (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of real estate or fieldwork experience is a plus Must own a smartphone and be familiar with using Google Maps, WhatsApp, and other basic apps Should be comfortable with fieldwork and daily travel Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
