Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Field Executive to join our NBFC team. The role involves field-level tasks such as customer verification, loan document collection, EMI collection, recovery follow-ups, and relationship building with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of financial products, and a willingness to travel locally.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers at their residence/business premises for KYC verification, loan application, or collections.

Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.

Educate customers about loan terms, repayment schedules, and related financial responsibilities.

Follow up with borrowers for EMI collections and coordinate with the recovery team if necessary.

Submit daily field reports to the branch or operations team.

Ensure 100% compliance with NBFC policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

Report any suspicious activity or fraud-related concerns to the management immediately.

Support the sales team in lead generation and onboarding of customers, if required.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

Prior experience in NBFCs/Banks/Microfinance or field operations preferred

Basic understanding of loan and collection processes

Comfortable with local travel (bike/scooter with valid license preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or local language (basic English is a plus)

Familiarity with smartphone usage and digital apps
