Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute hospital marketing in villages and small towns Coordinate poster & pamphlet design and ensure placement at high-visibility areas Manage bike-speaker announcements and route planning Create and manage hospital social media pages (minimum 3 posts/week), with prior approval before posting Village visits for camp planning with Sarpanch & Panchayat Coordinate permissions from Civil Surgeon office (training provided) Assist in eye camps, awareness drives, and outreach events
Monthly Targets (During Probation)

15-20 villages visited 2-3 camps planned 60-80 posters displayed 12 social media posts
