Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits to collect data or provide assistance to clients
Follow specific instructions provided by the management regarding tasks to be completed
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks
Document and report any issues or concerns encountered during field visits
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
Maintain records and documentation related to field activities
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in a similar field or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in using basic computer applications
Flexibility to travel frequently to different locations
Valid driver's license
