Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to partner schools to provide hands-on training and ongoing support for educational and mental health applications/tools. Assist in administering and facilitating psychological assessments and evaluations under supervision. Support individual and group therapy sessions by coordinating logistics and providing operational assistance. Research and document case studies related to various mental health concerns and interventions. Contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of intervention programs and strategies. Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records for clients, schools, and project activities. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure effective use of tools and smooth implementation of programs. Gather and share stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement of initiatives. Participate in awareness drives, workshops, and capacity-building sessions related to mental health and inclusive education.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in

Psychology, Education, or Special Education

is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using digital tools such as

Google Sheets, Docs, and Meet.

Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and coordination

skills. Highly

organized, self-motivated,

and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have access to a

laptop and stable internet connection.

Possession of a

two-wheeler

for local travel is highly desirable. Willingness to

travel frequently

within the city and nearby areas.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
