Visit field locations across Ernakulam district to identify new residential and commercial sites under construction.
Collect relevant contact details of site owners, contractors, and decision-makers.
Maintain systematic follow-up with collected leads.
Coordinate with the sales team and bring potential customers to the showroom to close sales.
Ideal Candidate:
Energetic and self-motivated individual with good communication skills.
Familiar with local routes and construction activity in the area.
Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or building material industry will be an advantage.
