Hiring: Field Executive

On-ground field work (Assigned local areas)

Role Overview:

We are looking for

Field Executives

who will be responsible for

onboarding and registering e-rickshaw drivers on the Rapido platform

. This is a field-based role involving direct interaction with drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit e-rickshaw drivers in assigned areas Explain Rapido's benefits and onboarding process Assist drivers in completing registration on the Rapido app Collect and verify required documents Ensure successful activation of driver accounts Maintain daily onboarding and activity reports Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets
Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass Good communication skills (local language preferred) Ability to work in the field Smartphone with internet access Basic understanding of mobile apps Prior field sales/onboarding experience is a plus (not mandatory)
