Job Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct

field verification visits

as per company and client requirements Visit customer residential and/or office locations in assigned areas Collect and verify documents, photographs, and relevant details accurately Interact professionally with customers and ensure correct information capture Update verification status and reports on the company system/app within timelines Follow company guidelines, SOPs, and compliance norms strictly Coordinate with the backend and reporting manager for daily task updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum

10th / 12th pass

(Graduate preferred) Prior experience in

field verification / field sales / collections

preferred Good knowledge of

North Kolkata localities

Should own a

smartphone

Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory) Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools

Skills Required:

Good communication skills Honest, disciplined, and punctual Ability to work independently in the field Customer-friendly approach
