Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible

Field Executive

to support our on-ground solar operations. This role involves visiting customer locations, conducting site assessments, coordinating with surveyors/installers, collecting documents, and ensuring smooth execution of solar projects under Sumraj Urja.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working on-field with daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for

initial assessments

, load details, and basic feasibility checks. Coordinate with

survey teams

,

installers

, and

warehouse

to ensure timely execution of work. Collect

customer documents

, payments (when required), and share updates with the office team. Assist in

solar rooftop surveys

(measurements, shadow analysis support, photos/videos). Maintain daily reports on visits, customer interactions, and project progress. Ensure smooth communication between customers and the office/technical teams. Support in installation-day coordination, material movement, and customer briefing. Help in

marketing activities

, such as distributing pamphlets, attending camps/exhibitions, and speaking to walk-in customers. Address basic customer queries related to solar benefits, subsidy, and project timelines. Report any field-level challenges immediately to the management.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

10th/12th Pass

(Graduates preferred). Must have a

two-wheeler

with valid driving licence. Should be comfortable with

on-field work

and travelling within assigned areas. Basic communication skills in

Odia

and Hindi (English optional). Ability to use

WhatsApp, photos, videos, maps

, and simple mobile apps for reporting. Prior experience in solar/field operations/sales will be an added advantage. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer handling.
