Dabb Healthwear Pvt Ltd seeks a proactive Field Executive to drive offline sales and distribution of women's hygiene products, including sanitary pads, menstrual cups, and intimates, through direct retailer visits and market expansion in local territories.
Key Responsibilities
Visit pharmacies, general stores, supermarkets, and distributors daily to promote products, secure orders, and ensure stock replenishment.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, handle merchandising, and execute in-store displays or promotional activities.
Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and sales data; report daily/weekly targets achievement to the Regional Sales Manager.
Manage inventory checks, handle returns, and resolve customer queries on product usage and benefits.
Conduct field training for retailers on women's hygiene product features and drive secondary sales growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
10+2 or Bachelor's degree; 1-2 years experience in FMCG field sales, preferably hygiene or personal care products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi/English; ability to travel extensively with own two-wheeler.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting; target-oriented mindset with resilience in field conditions.
Familiarity with Haryana market dynamics and local trade networks a plus.
Compensation:
?3.5-4.5 LPA base + incentives (OTE ?6 LPA+), plus fuel/ conveyance allowance, PF, and health insurance.
