Experience: Entry Level : As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for conducting on-the-ground activities. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. On-Ground Operations:
Execute on-ground activities in line with company objectives and strategies.
Conduct field visits to carry out operational tasks efficiently. 2. Sales and Marketing:
Implement sales strategies outlined by the sales and marketing team.
Directly promote and sell products/services to customers during field visits. 3. Driving Skills:
Operate both two-wheelers and four-wheelers efficiently and safely.
Use company vehicles responsibly during field activities. 4. Problem Resolution:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries. Qualifications: 1.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a relevant field is a plus. 2.Proven experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Proficient in driving both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
6.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
