Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site field engineering tasks as assigned at the PCBL plant.
Assist in installation, monitoring, inspection, or maintenance-related activities.
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and plant staff.
Ensure proper execution of work as per safety and operational guidelines.
Report daily progress and issues to the reporting authority.
Support troubleshooting and basic technical checks during field operations.
Maintain discipline and follow plant rules and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Relevant technical background preferred).
Prior field or plant-site experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work in industrial plant environments.
Willingness to work on-site for the complete 15-day duration.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and field coordination.
Good communication and coordination skills.
