Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support at client locations.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, network, CCTV, and biometric devices.
Handle hardware, software, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and site visits as per schedule.
Coordinate with internal support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain service reports, job cards, and visit documentation.
Requirements
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Field Engineer / Technical Support Engineer.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations.
