Position Overview

We are looking for Field Deployment Engineers to join our team for network equipment installation and support assignments. The role involves on-site work, including installation of networking equipment and accessories, preventive maintenance, and coordination with project teams for smooth execution.

This is a hands-on, field-based role best suited for candidates with strong hardware handling skills and a keen interest in networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and secure network equipment (routers, switches, accessories, covers, filters, cabling, etc.) at client sites. Conduct basic configuration, physical checks, and validation as per deployment checklists. Perform on-site troubleshooting and escalate issues to the central NOC or senior engineers when required. Maintain deployment records: site photos, asset tagging, and completion reports. Follow all safety and compliance guidelines during field operations. Coordinate with project managers and logistics teams to ensure timely material movement and site readiness.
Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. (IT, Electronics, Telecom, or related). Certifications: CCNA training/certification preferred (candidates with CCNA will be given priority). Experience: 0-2 years (freshers with networking knowledge will also be considered). Skills: Good understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, routing, switching). Ability to work with hardware and accessories in field conditions. Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel to client sites
Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Net Take Home: ₹22,000 - ?25,000 Location: Mumbai (field-based, pan-Mumbai deployments). Other Benefits: Travel allowance for site visits, exposure to large-scale telecom/ICT projects, and growth opportunities in networking domain.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
