Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software.
Knowledge of
HSE regulations

Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Site Engineers:
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, pumps, etc.).
Ensure mechanical equipment meets design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and ensure preventive maintenance.
For Fire Protection Site Engineers:
Supervise installation of fire protection systems (sprinklers, fire alarms, hydrants, suppression systems).
Ensure compliance with
NFPA
, local fire codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct fire system tests and inspections, documenting results.
Train staff on fire system operations and emergency protocols.
Common Responsibilities (All Disciplines):
Ensure
health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
compliance on-site.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues.
Monitor project schedules and report delays or risks to the Project Manager.
Assist in cost control, material procurement, and inventory management.
Conduct site meetings and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
