: MSP Field Engineer (Service Delivery)

The Field Engineer is responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, Feasibility study, troubleshooting. This role involves direct engagement with clients and LNP to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity and fostering customer satisfaction. This position demands strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges effectively.

Through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, the Field Engineer will contribute significantly to achieving organizational objectives

Key Responsibilities:

Connection Management:

Responsible for Service delivery and feasibility study as per client requirements. Ensure installations meet quality and compliance standards.

LNP Coordination :

Actively coordinate with last mile network provider (LNP) for in time service delivery and service assurance. Provide technical insights and updates.

Customer Handling:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Issue Resolution:

Diagnose and resolve connectivity-related issues promptly and efficiently within the SLA. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to minimize downtime within the SLA.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on progress and resolutions. Ensure clear and professional interactions to foster trust and reliability.

Meeting Attendance:

Participate in daily team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and action plans. Provide reports and feedback on field activities and client interactions.
