Job Summary

The Field Engineer will be responsible for onsite installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of IT hardware products including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking accessories. The role requires customer interaction, issue resolution, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and upgrade of desktops, laptops, and peripherals Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues at client locations Basic software installation (OS, drivers, utilities) Coordinating with support teams for complex issues Preventive maintenance visits and service documentation Handling ticketing systems and ensuring timely closure Providing demo or basic training to clients on installed products Maintaining spare parts and inventory for on-field activities * Preparing daily service reports and visit logs
