Experience Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in field service or project execution in electrical/electronic domains.
2. Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector is a strong advantage.
3. Familiarity with charger installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance is preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Good understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and service quality standards.
2. Proficient in using MS Excel, CRM/ticketing platforms, and basic project tracking tools.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
5. Technically sound with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Other Requirements:
1. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state or districts.
2. Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, dealers, field technicians, and internal teams.
3. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and manage service SLAs.
4. Candidate must know Regional Language, proficient in excel, must have valid driving license and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute end-to-end field service operations for charger systems in the assigned state or districts.
2. Coordinate with local dealers and service partners for prompt support and issue resolution.
3. Maintain detailed records of service activities, ticket status, and daily field reports.
4. Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams; manage service turnaround times (TATs).
5. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
