Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled

Field Engineer

to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of equipment/systems. Due training shall be provided. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, and a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment/systems at client sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Provide technical support and training to clients/users on equipment usage and safety measures. Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, and service) to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records of work performed. Adhere to company safety standards and compliance guidelines while performing fieldwork. Support project deployment activities across Chandigarh and nearby regions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related field). 1-3 years of experience in field engineering, maintenance, or technical support (freshers with strong fundamentals can also apply). Ability to work independently and manage multiple site assignments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
