Project: Mace is providing PMC services for a station redevelopment project in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting surveys and site investigations to gather necessary data for the design and planning of bridges and roads. Preparing detailed engineering designs, including specifications, drawings, and calculations, adhering to industry standards and project requirements. Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and transportation specialists to develop optimal designs. Supervising and coordinating the construction activities of bridges and roads, ensuring compliance with approved designs, safety protocols, and project timelines. Providing technical support to construction teams, including resolving technical issues, reviewing material submissions, and conducting quality inspections. Monitoring progress, tracking construction costs, and maintaining accurate documentation of construction activities. Implementing quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying potential hazards, and taking appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate work schedules and resolve any conflicts or issues. Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community members, to provide project updates and address concerns. Preparing reports, progress updates, and technical documentation related to bridges and road construction. Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including measurements, test results, and project specifications About you You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering. You have previous working experience on railway development project. You are rated as highly capable and competent with very good experience of working in a local environment and knowledge of the language. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
