Roles & Responsibilities:

1.

Network Monitoring & Maintenance

Monitor LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and servers to ensure optimal performance. Identify and resolve network performance issues and outages. Perform regular maintenance, updates, and patching of networking hardware and software.
2.

Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal users or clients. Respond to incidents via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
3.

Configuration & Installation

Configure and install network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Set up and maintain wired and wireless network systems. Assist with deployment of new networking hardware and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
4.

Security & Compliance

Monitor and implement network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, etc.). Support vulnerability scanning and security audits. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
5.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, issues, and resolutions. Create network diagrams and inventory logs. Generate regular reports on system performance, usage, and downtime.
6.

User Training & Communication

Educate end-users on basic connectivity issues and best practices. Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical users.
7.

Collaboration & Escalation

Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and third-party support. Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or external providers as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
