The Field Dealer Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the dealer network, sourcing EV loan applications, and coordinating with dealers for smooth loan processing. The role involves extensive fieldwork, relationship management, and achieving monthly disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Network Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with EV dealers (2W / 3W / 4W / fleet operators) in the assigned area
Onboard new dealers and educate them about EVRise Finance loan products
Act as the primary point of contact for dealers for all loan-related queries
Loan Sourcing & Application Collection
Source loan leads from dealers and customers
Collect complete loan application documents (KYC, vehicle details, income proof, etc.)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications before submission
Coordination & Follow-ups
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and disbursement teams
Follow up with dealers and customers to close pending cases
Track application status and ensure timely disbursements
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly targets for loan sourcing, approvals, and disbursements
Promote EVRise Finance loan schemes and offers to dealers
Provide market feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and dealer expectations
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies and lending guidelines
Submit daily/weekly field reports and MIS to the reporting manager
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Graduate / Diploma
Experience
1-3 years of experience in NBFC, vehicle finance, or dealer sales
Freshers with strong field sales orientation may also be considered
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term dealer relationships
Basic understanding of vehicle loans and documentation
Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
Smartphone usage for apps, WhatsApp, and basic reporting
