Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering / Geography / Management or related field).
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, or client handling (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
