ROLE SUMMARY:

Field Coordinator, Programs will be responsible for supporting the implementation of program in the assigned locations. S/he will also provide technical support to the community mobilizers for quality implementation of the program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Project team in the implementation of the project.
  • Coordinate implementation of the project activities in the field and ensure high impact with children.
  • Responsible for micro-level activity delivery and its reporting at the school and community level.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and support in carrying out training programs and related activities for stakeholders at school and community level.
  • Ensure application of child-friendly during consultations and program monitoring.
  • Support in networking with relevant government bodies, schools, community leaders, gender-inclusive spaces, community-based forums, etc.
  • Monitor and review implementation of program activities at the school and community level on a day-to-day basis.
  • Establish strong connect and visit gram panchayats, villages, Schools - as per program requirements and to ensure effective implementation of the program activities.
  • Ensure quality documentation and reporting of the project activities and outcomes.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
  • Graduate in Social Work /Social Sciences/ Management/ other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in program implementation and training.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Advanced knowledge of local language will be preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, with familiarity in using Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Organised, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual.
  • Be gender sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and disadvantaged children.
