Job Description

We are looking for proactive graduates to join our team as Field Coordinators to support the on-ground execution of our projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, community interaction, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits and support project activities on-site Coordinate with schools, local partners, and community stakeholders Collect field data, maintain records, and share updates with the central team Assist in organizing meetings, events, and field-level activities Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks Build and maintain positive working relationships with local institutions Follow project guidelines and maintain professionalism during all interactions

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome) Willingness to travel locally for field work Own laptop and stable internet connection Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

Two-wheeler for field travel Familiarity with local areas and routes Ability to work independently and solve field-level challenges
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
