A service-based firm based at cochin is seeking for a dynamic and experienced
Field Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
at least 3 years of relevant experience
in field operations, coordination, and team management within the service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate field operations and service delivery
Manage and lead on-ground teams to ensure efficient performance
Act as a liaison between the Filed Executives, local authorities, and various clients
Prepare reports and maintain records of daily field activities
Handle client interactions and resolve service Delivery issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in field coordination or similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; background in management is a plus
Fluency in English and Malayalam
