Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and socially driven

Mobilizer

to support outreach and enrollment efforts under a government-supported initiative. The Mobilizer will play a key role in engaging communities, raising awareness, and driving participation in the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify and engage target beneficiaries Raise awareness about the project and its benefits within communities Facilitate registration and participation of eligible individuals Build trust and maintain relationships with local stakeholders Collect feedback and report field insights to the project team Support center operations and assist in organizing local events

Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for community service and social impact Ability to travel locally and work on-ground Familiarity with local language, culture, and geography Prior experience in outreach or mobilization preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
